Sorry, it seems like I've not been updating my case notes quite for a long time already...being busy since the start of induction courses until I've been posted to HTAA Kuantan about a month ago...a lot of things happened recently and I could not manage to share most of them with you for the time being....currently still adjusting to the new boring life as a houseman...damn!! I hate it so much!! If I were to know how it feels, I am sure I will not pursue my study in medicine...heheheh!!! Sounds like frustrated man...
Probably I will update my case notes within this month. Hopefully I can fully adapt to this new lifestyle as soon as possible. Gaji tak masuk2 lagik!!! Tiada motivasi untuk bekerja seperti hamba abdi...

heheh..it's not going to be fine laa bro..even u r the very damn best student in the faculty...they just don't care about that, whether u r overc or local grads, u pay ur for ur degree or u get it in a hard way...they just slam and bang you everyday as they like..u r considered to be extended until proven otherwise...camtuh laa ong kat sini...silap sket sure kene extent houseman...heh!!
em..mmg pack pon year 5 but the very damn simple mistake that nearly everybody does is that they think they need to learn new things in every posting...kamon laa wei..year 5 punye syllabus nothing new laa...just recall jek yg lame2 and put all the existing stuffs from year 1 to year 4 togehther...jgn jadik cam aku merangkak2 jawab soalan..padahal mase student dulu kencang jek jawab mase exam...heheh!!
don't be panic...u know most of the things, it is just that u don't remember much..so what to do next?consolidate laa ape yg ade dlm kepale..it is impossible nak tau sume...common things are common, practice makes perfect and let it be ur 2nd nature...sounds simple bro!! hahhaha!!!
